Nepal U-23 national team player Aashish Rai is receiving treatment in Bangkok after suffering a serious knee injury. To support his medical treatment, Purbeli FC is organising a special fundraising campaign during Smiles Gold Cup 2026.

A portion of the funds raised from the tournament on 30 August 2026 will be donated toward his treatment. We sincerely invite players, football fans, well-wishers and supporters to attend and contribute to this humanitarian campaign.

Our beloved brother Sandesh Dulal, originally from Toribari, Miklajung–8, Morang, had been studying at Higashi Asia Japanese Language School in Fukuoka, Japan, for the past two years. He passed away unexpectedly on 12 January 2026 while undergoing hospital treatment.

Before completing two years in Japan, he was diagnosed with a tumour and underwent surgery. Sadly, he did not regain consciousness following the operation. His sudden passing in a foreign land brought unimaginable grief to his family, friends and relatives.

A fundraising campaign was organised to assist with the management and repatriation of his body and to provide financial support to the grieving family. We offer our heartfelt tribute to Sandesh, pray for his eternal peace, and extend our deepest condolences to his family.

The concert organised by Sekmuri Entertainment Japan was filled with talent, energy and passion, featuring artists including Nogen Hangsarumba. It was a wonderful experience for Purbeli FC to be part of the event.
